What counts as a content update?
Things like new hours, a new team member, updated prices, a fresh photo, a new page section. Send an email describing the change; we make it. It comes out of your plan's included support time — most updates take minutes.
What if I need more help than my plan includes?
No problem — extra time is billed at $75–$150/hr, and we always give you a heads-up before the clock starts. If it happens every month, we'll suggest moving up a tier so you save money.
What happens if my site goes down at night or on a weekend?
Our monitoring notices within minutes — usually before anyone else does — and we get it back up. Higher tiers include emergency response commitments for revenue-critical sites.
Can you maintain a website you didn't build?
Usually, yes. We'll review your current site first; most sites we migrate onto our own servers so we can stand behind the security and backups properly.
